Short Huey
Intake bell made from a JU-88 engine cowling.
Attach and putty to smooth it out.
Add styrene sheet panels to connect with front part of intake.
Detail the Testors rotorhead with sprue and old pieces of resin stubs.
Use after market decal sheet.
add a homemade pitot tube to left side of front cowling. Do not use roof mounted
Remove ammo cans underneath bench seat with razor saw.
Give it a bit of weathering. I use pastel chalk for exhaust staining.
Add a whip antenna aft of the 90 degree gearbox.
Detail it with goodies from scrapbox.
