Hi Holger, thank you so much 🙂 only for this model i preferred to install the windows later. Normally i am builging the cab from inside to outside and painting at the end.

@Holger, actually it is better because after installation the windows, masking procedure is a little difficult and sometimes the paint may come toward to windows even well protected.

I started to pain the body. Unfortunately the model was very old and the decals are not fixing to body. I think there is no any solution for this, even i put them into water many times, they are not staying in surface.

I use the Revell decalsoft and can work with that on old decals. In case they are too old i use the liquid decalfilm from Microscale. That stuff rocks!

Hi Fethi, it works the following way:
At first you apply the liquid decalfilm on the decals you wanna work with (Just with a brush. You are allowed to use more than a bit!). After letting it dry for 12 hours you cut them out and do the normal work on them. But its important that you first apply the stuff and then cut them out. If you do it vice versa, the decals would stick to the sheet and you have no possibility to recover them! Hope that helps!

And do yourself a favor and get yourself some stuff like "Decalsoft" or "Microsol and Set"! You will be amazed how wonderful your decals will creep in any detail of the surface of your model!

Important!
My first description is how to use the liquid decal stuff to recover old or torn decals, not the description how to use decalsolutions to set decals perfectly!
Not that you get confused, Fethi😢!
