Hello, Peter
A big and great model, in every way. The building was not easy - especially that all the wheels resting on the ground?
The subtle Washing could be somewhat stronger for my taste, but the weathering is successful.

hi roland,
thanks for your comments,
the wheels are indeed all flush with each other and on the groud (no "hanging" wheels). The pics might be a little deceiving in the wrong way indeed.
The washing and weathering are in reality much stronger than on the pics. The lighting while taking the pictures eliminates this effect a little too much, but if I diminish the lighting, getting the pics sharp is a tougher job. So, compromise, compromise ....

the paint job was the most fun to do.
the building of the kit was horrible. Nothing fitted, the components were not in a straight line, it took me a lot of cursing and shouting to get things right or at least acceptable. It is my first Dragon model, and when assembling this Scud I said several times that it would be my last one. Probably not, because I still got a lot of unbuilt Dragon kits in my stash which i will eventually built. I hope those are better ones than the scud when it comes to fitting and engineering, cause this one 'really succed !!!' (sorry for the words). I wish all kits were engineered like the Tamiya ones, but of course, the price comes along with it.

Hi Peter,
very well done! This kit is a very old one from Dragon. Today their kits have a much better fit.
