Love the 100 FS Tuskegee Airmen, US Army Air Forces (December 1944), I just bought the P-51B and then saw the P-51D and thought how cool is that and then I see that you have built it. I so appreciate you showing pictures of all sides of the model. I love to see how the undersides get painted. Thanks so much for sharing. Keep up the good work!

Looks really great! I love the weathering effects!
Did you use different silver colours for the surfaces or how did you made that?

Bulldog Scale Models
Hi Curtis, thank,s this Airfix is a joy to build and I really cannot recommend it enough, Not sure what you mean with undersides get painted, What i did user a Humbrol 11 Aerosol for the whole model and then i brush the rest of the details. please let me know if i miss interpreted your question. and thanks.
Hi Soren, what i user is humbrol 11 (enamel) and a drop of black just and a lot of thinner. and with flat head brush i did some random panels, I am in the process to build a P-47 and i am going to user the same technique, if i remember i will take note and sent you a Private message.
Thanks.
