F-105D (Revell, )

Finished - at last 🙂 

I'm not 100% happy with the shape of the "busy end" - but overall it looks like a Thud. 

I missed finishing my Thud during the last modelling session by "this" much... 

All decals applied! 

The F-105 is coming along nicely. However, the Alclad paint job is far from spotless. Much to learn from this first Alclad project! And I think I can do without any panel wash as the rescribed panel lines are already now quite visible. 

My first Alclad paint job. And I have to say everything you may have read about this stuff is true. The good and the bad. 

I used Alclad II grey primer to prepare the model for the Alclad metalizer colors. 

Rescibing of the wings is completed. Some scribing errors needed correction with some putty.
