Nicely done, Luka!👍
I would recommend to dare a little more shadowing on the uniform and skin parts. And the debris would appreciate some more detail painting like concrete seems and some washes and pigment dust all over. 😉

When it comes to skin I still can't quite get it right. ;aybe if I don't over do highlights it's passable. As for shading in clothes I try. Grey washes, but I hold back because couple of times I overdid it and it looked even worse than no shading.

Washes are not quite the best way to do shading. You should try glaze painting with thin colours instead.
And on the skin parts shading is far more important than highlighting. This is no witchcraft. 😉 Just get yourself some waste 35ers, do some YouTube or Amazon research and practice. You are going to see progress very soon. 🙂 👍
