I am building it in between assembly steps on my Revell 1:144 B-52G & B-52H. Ugly looking rear fuselage underside seams. Will have to use alot of putty.

wing to fuselage joint, not toooo bad.

Drying. A very basic kit, no cockpit, no wheel well detail, no engine exhaust detail. The scale thickness on those missile fins is at least 8 inches alone!

I accidentally removed the mounting tab for the nose cone. Ooops. Will see what I can do.

Left side wing to fuselage joint is better than right side. I filled in fin to fuselage gap with super glue after this photo was taken.

Oh no! Decals are shattering! Hmm. I will have to order some 1:144 Soviet stars and numbers from Mark 1 decals.
![Album image #9 Album image #9](/albums/img/0/2/5/510025-11761-73-720.jpg)
3/4 right front view.
![Album image #10 Album image #10](/albums/img/0/2/6/510026-11761-80-720.jpg)
Right side view.
![Album image #11 Album image #11](/albums/img/3/6/0/517360-11761-30-720.jpg)
The Mark I 1:144 Soviet stars and numerals arrived! I used the 600mm stars as this is a MiG-21 derivative. I probably should have used the 700mm or 800mm stars.

Here she is, finally decaled! Starboard side view. Missiles will be added later.
![Album image #13 Album image #13](/albums/img/3/5/9/517359-11761-64-720.jpg)
Port side view. I like it.

Top view. Again, the stars look a little small. Next time I will do better!

Like it. Cogratulations . I still have some old books referring to this Mig Ye-152 as a Mig-23. Those were "dark ages" for soviet planes lovers

Julian. Yes indeed. Apparently, Bill Gunston was not the be-all, end-all of Soviet aviation.
