Great Kit. But I had some issues with the main gear when folding the wings. So dry fit is a must!

Nice cockpit, are you trying to replicate a NMF by handbrushing? Or is it white?

@Bart Goesaert Not NMF. I'm just trying three tone scheme at WWII of USN with Insignia White.

painting white by hand... good luck, did you add a primer (possibly spray can)? Because there are white primers, it's better for the paint to stick on, and it will camouflage some blemishes...

Thanks for advice Bart. I handbrushed Vallejo surface primer too, before base coat. Because I have not a airbrush. 🙂

the paint you are using (71.279) is for an airbrush...too thin for brush painting, that's why it says "Vallejo AIR" on the bottle, there's a different range for brush painting

@Wim van der Luijt Yes, I know 🙂 Vallejo Model Color for mainly for handbrush, is too thick, so must be thinned by something like water, Vallejo airbrush thinner, etc. So I brush with Vallejo Model Air without thinning. and VMC is lack of aircraft scheme, because it mainly is for AFV. Thank you for comment!
