Great work with the split dive brakes and the open canopy 👍
I really like the Dauntless for it's moddeling options.
And offcourse for it's place in history.

Great model! The PE's are a great addition which are considerably increasing the quality at the end! Good choice!

Album info
Aircraft flown by Lt. (j.g.) Stanley "Swede" Vejtasa and rear gunner Rm3 Frank B. Wood, VS-5, USS Yorktown. During the Battle of the Coral Sea, 7 May 1942, Vejtasa helped to sink the Japanese carrier Shoho. The next day, he was credited with downing three Zero fighters, one of them by ramming. Later, he was transferred to fighters, flying F4F Wildcat.
The Eduard photo-etched dive brakes took quite a lot of effort to get right, but the end result is definitely worthy. The decals from Print Scale are rather thick, making it hard to make them conform to the panel lines, even after using copious amounts of Mr. Mark Softer.
