If I ever get out of this alive.
this is the good ol´ Tamiya kit, enhanced by some PE and with Archers fine transfer decals.
Archers decals make quite a difference.
basic assembly
Miniarts U.S. Military Police kit fit like a glove for the intended scene
A lot of delicate details and parts await the modeller
Complemented by some useful PE frets. Only the decals could not live up to this standard. They have been printed not 100% aligned and did not show crisp details. Archer Fine Transfers offer just that. So in they went.
The figures are a nice offering too with convincing poses. Only the heads will be replaced by Hornets heads.
I did not like the oil tub so I replaced it with one made from a thin copper sheet.
calling it done after some detailling with brake hoses, ignition wires and the like.
Wear and weathering was kept subtle as I imagine that MP stuff was not worn down that much.
I think I did a mistake and the glass of the headlight should have been turned by 90 °.
The only mistake in the kit I recognized are the taillights. Those two are identical at the kit but not at the real stuff. I modified it accordingly
Well, guess what will happen to the second bike...

Really liking the weathering in the motorcycle. I'm guessing there's plenty of scratched items added too?

Hi Bruce,
Thanx for your kind feedback. Concerning my modifications, there is actualle only one: the metal tub under the engine which I shaped from copper foil.
