The sail is completed. The majority of the kit's parts are right here in this image. 

Pump jet put together (to be puttied, of course). 

Fully assembled and mounted (but not glued) onto the base. Some sanding and puttying has been done, but more will be needed before priming + painting. 

Primed! 

Main black coats applied. Will do some retouching before masking and preparing for painting the submerged bow its hull red. 

A bit of a horrifying masking job, but it'll work. 

Bow painted in hull red. The ventral side of the hull was gone over with a very thin coat of light gray, followed by touches of thin light green in preparation for post-varnish weathering. 

The waterline decal broke up before application; tried my best to fix it. 

Decals finished. Glad to be done with this part. Now begins weathering... 

Some rust effects, most of which will probably be covered over by further weathering.
