Fw 190D-9 JG 6 W.Nr. 500570 - Surrendered to U.S. troops at Furth, Germany in May of '45. Pilot unknown.
Speculation was that this plane was originally Black 12. Later research indicated it was Blue 12.
Nice kit to build. HB kits get mixed reviews. I added belts from Eduard. Montex Mask set for the kit. Eaglecals stencils, which included the struts!
Lifecolor Set No. 2 for the paint. I really like the brand. Thins well with distilled water. Sprays great!
