Ah, my first Eduard kit and after long run of second rate kits I have high expectations for this kit in terms of quality. I think this will be out of the box -project as it seems that kit has so much in terms of PE that additional purchases are not warranted.

JonkkaMy unlucky run continues. Yesterday I broke my airbrush and can't complete the Hurricane project now until I get a replacement. So today I opened Messerschmitt box and began assembling those parts that can either be painted with brush or that can be assembled and wait later airbrushing.
I must say that from first steps the Eduard quality looks impressive. I am a bit worried about the shallow details which seem easy to fill in with too multiple paint and varnish layers.

JonkkaCockpit construction proceeds nicely and I expect to have it complete and pictured here in couple of days. There's quite a lot of PE and details in there but luckily, I recent bought Gator's Grip glue. I must say it's superior to CA with certain fiddly PE items like seat belts. CA takes on too quickly and does not allow perfect positioning while Gator does, plus any extra glue can be removed with water.

JonkkaCockpit is complete and here is picture of the seat. Not much weathering this time, just some washes and that's that.
