Started the build. Taking it slow and hand painting clear matte varnish over parts for a more realistic and subtly weathered look.

All done. The quality of the parts was outstanding. They required no sanding except to knock off the nub but since i was using the God Hand, that was barely necessary. Colors look great. The only painting I did was to apply 3 coats of matte finish on most parts (except those that I left as-is for a silky look and a few select pieces that got high gloss). I purchased after market water slide decals because the ones included in the box were adhesive stickers that would have looked fake. Looks great and I couldn't be happier!
