Stilicho
Don't bother. May be a re-issue of the early Hasegawa(with which it shares the box art) or early Revell (can't remember). Shares inspiration for decals with Matchbox Dooleybird which must predate it. Decals unusable anyway. Clear parts aren't clear but blue.
