Were the kit's wings really that far off or are you making something special?

I already had everything together when I got a tip from the britmodeller forum that the kit wing is in the wrong place. I studied the drawings and photos and even though I don't like to modify ready made things, I still moved the wing back based on this information

It seems there is always a big problem somewhere with Mach 2, these are not starters kits !
