Wow, the attention to details with the dirt and grim is quite superb. Excellent work
This looks like a real truck, amazing weathering results, especially the dust!
If you call this a nice addition, I wonder what's a great addition in your book?
Thanks a lot guys! I guess maybe I'm a little too much my own critic, it's just that I started out with low mojo, and in the end, when I was getting into the build, I felt like I should have done some more prep work for wiring and plumbing. But, I do like it and your comments have me feeling better about it. Thanks.

I built this kit slowly over a couple of years, mainly building the chassis, and then suddenly I decided to finish it to restore modelling mojo which was very low. I didn't prepare for wiring and such, but as mojo returned I got into it more and did add some, wishing I had done more preparation for it. The boxing was old, the plastic a little brittle so things kept breaking off, decals fell apart upon contact with water. I hid most of it in weathering and painted the strip on the front. It's not perfect but it did do the job on getting back into the modelling groove very well. I did spend some extra time on the interior. Aftermarket parts were used for the roof, hubs and rims. All in all a fun build and I'm reasonably happy with the result, it's a nice addition to the shelves.
