Colour schemes Considered. What to do?
![Album image #2 Album image #2](/albums/img/6/1/7/29617-10000-81-pristine.jpg)
Marking the new position of the entrance door of the crew.
![Album image #3 Album image #3](/albums/img/6/1/9/29619-10000-83-pristine.jpg)
Removing the display of bombing that is positioned on the wrong side.

Inside...

Moving Putty Humbroll...
![Album image #6 Album image #6](/albums/img/6/2/2/29622-10000-90-pristine.jpg)
Sanded as the new gateway to the crew checked.
![Album image #7 Album image #7](/albums/img/6/2/3/29623-10000-24-pristine.jpg)
Inside the cabin already sanded and the radio operator's seat in place. Starting to put the internal structures.
![Album image #8 Album image #8](/albums/img/6/2/4/29624-10000-85-pristine.jpg)
Base of the pilot seat. Worse impossible! Hahaha
![Album image #9 Album image #9](/albums/img/6/2/5/29625-10000-41-pristine.jpg)
Pilot seat a little better. I think the seat is great for scale.
![Album image #10 Album image #10](/albums/img/6/2/6/29626-10000-42-pristine.jpg)
Radio panel
![Album image #11 Album image #11](/albums/img/6/2/7/29627-10000-38-pristine.jpg)
Interior with the basic structures.

![Album image #14 Album image #14](/albums/img/6/3/0/29630-10000-45-pristine.jpg)
Cockpit view with partially assembled. the instructions are very vague and tells paste parts at different times. There is NOT a kit suitable for beginners!
![Album image #15 Album image #15](/albums/img/6/3/1/29631-10000-99-pristine.jpg)
The assembly basically follows these photos from inside the plane.

Rear cockpit
![Album image #17 Album image #17](/albums/img/6/3/3/29633-10000-83-pristine.jpg)
Floor. Notice the bank doubled the bombardier on the left of the photo.
![Album image #18 Album image #18](/albums/img/6/3/4/29634-10000-33-pristine.jpg)
Here ,I put the HANS to give a pilot scale 1/48. From the pictures, the radio operator's seat would be in the measure. But the pilot's seat intrigues me because it seems greater in the kit.
![Album image #19 Album image #19](/albums/img/6/3/5/29635-10000-82-pristine.jpg)
I'm brooding with such a seat. To do so compared with JU 88 seat. Now I do not know if I change ...
![Album image #20 Album image #20](/albums/img/6/5/6/29656-10000-95-pristine.jpg)
Here the HANS in the cockpit. I thought it was out of scale.
![Album image #21 Album image #21](/albums/img/6/5/7/29657-10000-22-pristine.jpg)
Redid the seat. I used the photo as reference. I am not very good to SCRATBULDING.... hahahah
![Album image #22 Album image #22](/albums/img/6/5/8/29658-10000-43-pristine.jpg)
Seat in place. I found it much better than the other.
![Album image #23 Album image #23](/albums/img/6/5/9/29659-10000-17-pristine.jpg)
HANS sitting on the seat again. From the pictures it looks more alike.

![Album image #25 Album image #25](/albums/img/6/6/1/29661-10000-26-pristine.jpg)
The sides of the cockpit will replace plasticard. the originals are smaller and

I think it looks pretty good so far. As you say, the most important thing is to have fun! Have you seen this article:

That seat,
Looks neat !
Good job Alexander, btw, I'd go for option 1...
I do like the yellow details on option 3 but I think the whole aircraft looks better in scheme 1
I'm curious to see what it's gonna be... 😉

I just started my Hobbycraft kit... just as a practice object before deciding shall I go with ICMs Do-17 or not... but I must say, feels like the kit is entirely a scratchbuild object...

Album info
I will not move much in the kit, because I knew the second has several errors. I will consider my interpretation.Of course all my research will support photos of aircraft operations. BUT the important thing is to have fun!!!!
Help is very welcome, because the material available for the Dornier DO17 is too little.
