Unusual I have never seen that paint scheme. Especially onboard a carrier. Good choice.

Yeah Augie. I believe it was the colour scheme for "Operation Desert Storm" and it actually had a 'pink' hue to the overall colour, but just check it out a bit more but that's what I remember hearing.

Nice subject and a very cool photo!
The Navy often experimented with different color schemes, but this one was used by VA-72 during Desert Storm. Another cool photo of this bird.

Sexually oriented comments on any forum that has nothing to do with sexual or bodily functions is not acceptable to me and I find it offensive. Go else where for your cheap thrills NUT.

I think you are being somewhat over sensitive Kerry, it was hardly what you might call an explicit comment.
Anyhow I think we should let Augie arbitrate this one as it is her thread but I will be sure to refrain from making such humorous comments on your threads though 🙂

Wow ok lads, corners please..

I've re-read everything and choppa bud, I think you might have gone a ickle bit too far with that one.. No harm done m8 and easily done. I myself have done it a few times.

I've deleted the comment

Fair enough, it is your thread after all.
I didn't think it was so bad, especially as it amused you too. Good job I stuck to the kiddy friendly version of that joke otherwise we might have had a proper shit storm here 😄
Anyway, moving along.........
