Very nice work. Your model represent these fine four engine bomber very well. Just one thing – only less photos🙁
Cheers, Christian🙂

You continue to amaze me, Rob. Is this the Fonderie Miniatures? Awesome build and paintwork.

Cracking build Rob 👍. I think the Halifax at the Yorkshire Air Museum carries these markings if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks mates
Thomas it was nothing else but a terrible kit to build but I Always wanted a Halifax so I did not have another choice but to persevere.
Martyn you are correct about the markings

A golden oldie Rob! Awesome model. Time to give it a better place in your man cave than down below in your display 😉

This is a nice build of a bomber that is often overshadowed by the Lancaster. Although, I think the Halifax looks better!

Wowwowwow, I better had to look for the scale. I thought it was a scale 1/72, but this is the big brother! Now I was even more impressed about the final result. If the quality of Fonderie kits is similar the same level I have to salute to your modeling skills. I never start my PV-1 Ventura because of the quality and the amount of work to do to get a good model out of it.
Yours is excellent!!!!!

Erik I know but al least its safe from the nistreatment of my grandchildren
Christian actualy the PV-1 is better than the Halifax . But to be honestafter this one I sold the FM kits as soon as possible because I promised myself this is once but never again.

To built a Halifax in scale 48 is one thing, but to built a FM kit another one! Chapeau, its a clean and perfect built made out of an undoubtly primitive and rough kit. The result proves a huge amount of patience and endurance.
Top!

Thank you Rob, judging from your comments I think I wait with a Halifax until Tamiya brings one out 🙂

It may be worth the wait. I am still hoping that some one is doing a 1/48 Sirling
