It's amazing what you can do with an old kit. Excellent model, shame there are no pics of the interior as I bet that is equally as good.

Thanks, Gents. It is a shame indeed, that I haven't taken any photos of the cockpit - but this was supposed to be only a training job, my first attempt with resin, and these days (two years ago) I haven't been posting anything anywhere, so didn't take any photos at all. The Aires cockpit for Hasegawa's K-4 after some surgery finally was fitted, however not perfectly and I wasn't fully happy with it - so she went to the shelf of doom for almost two years and came back this year. Thanks for comments, glad that you like it anyway 🙂 Best regards - Hubert

Awesome job you have done Hubert, sometimes it's good to put a kit down for a while and come back and have a fresh approach to it. I also rate these Fujimi 109K's and 109G's the best on the market today, you just need to put that little extra love into them.👍🙂

Album info
Messerschmitt Bf-109K-4 W.Nr.332380 "Weisse 12", Fujimi kit 1:48.
Slightly aging set from Fujimi was used by me as an exercise in work with resin (QB ehhausts, cockpit fromAires dedicated for Hasegawa, wasn't easy to make it fit).
Tail wheel from Eduard's Bf-109 G.
I also added launchers Werfer-Granate 21, even though you can not see them in the picture of the original. "Shells" are made with use of some "bombs".
Painted with Gunze H paints, moderately weathered with pigments from AK Interactive.
