Scott DuttonThanks, its only 2 pieces with the second piece being the tail/rudder. A lot of little bubbles in the ice but no big deal to fix. so can take no credit for build or compensition. Found on ebay in canada, nice supplier, he does 3 others a kursk, a seawolf, both in open water steaming and a very interesting uboat in its pen. Worth a look. Think ill do seawolf as well, hunter and hunted.

Album info
Simple "kit" just 2 pieces, the entire sub with icepack and the other part, the fin. Bought from eBay (From Canada, there was a few different action type subs to choose from).
Scale is 1/700
Hunt for Red October perhaps?
