Thanks all! Basically, this is a "shake and bake" kit. Most of the added details are from an Eduard set. The crew entrance door in the middle of the Hinomaru meant that I had to paint these (instead of using the decals). @Treehugger, I agree there is "room for improvement" 🙂 .@Nigel those wheels are not really landing gear but part of a ground handling trolly (also included in the kit).
