Thought I would have a go at laying a Russian concrete flight pan while waiting to finish kit

Thanks Neuling please with the quick base and most of the mig - made a few mistakes with it but none too obvious I think

Question. How much weight did you have to stuff into the nose and where did you put it?

If I recall about 15g, just be careful of placement I failed to notice when I creamed it in I'd prevented the halves from joining so had to remove and try again!

Did you have an trouble with the alignment and fit of the completed three-cannon assembly into the underside of the nose section? Mine just doesn't line up right and I'm trying to figure out a solution.

It was always my intention to have the gun assembly lowered for maintenance so I acutually never tried to fit it in. Not sure how far the cannons pop out, could you try fitting a portion of them sticking out after fixing the outer panels in place?
It's the same with the rear I was always going to have the engine exposed so never had to Aline the rear to the front.
Hope you find a suitable solution 👍

Veryt nice, the Mig is a fine looking aircraft and yours looks absolutely great. And i will be borrowing your idea for the base. Looks absolutely dead simple and very convincing!
