Two thumbs up! 👍 👍 Nice to see someone pay tribute to Roald Dahl! I had noticed for some time, now, your two (Gladiator and Hurricane) Dahl projects. Being particularly interested in his case (thanks to both his service in Greece - and, of course, his books), I hope to some day immitate you in 1/72. Again, congrats!

Hi Alex, Thanks for your message. I researched these planes extensively, and doing so discovered a lot about the British participation in the Greek defence.
Regarding the Squadron code (individual), I could not find anything definitive, so I used a letter that I knew was not used on any known Gladiator. I modified the Roden decals to make a 'T', which was easy enough (even though the Roden decals were very fragile and came apart).
If you need any info on Dahl in Greece, don't hesitateto ask. I tried to get as much as I could before the build.

Hi again, Boris, much appreciated, I might just take you up on that offer! It was already very interesting to see, thanks to you, a photo of Hurricane V7826! Best of luck for your other projects as well, especially Saint-Ex's Lightning! 🙂
