Avro Lancaster B Mk.III "I'm Easy" / July 1944 / Revell
Time to start a new kit, i've actually attempted this model in 2018, but back then i wasn't very experienced so i gave up and ended up trashing it. But not today!
Scratchbuilt pilot seat supports and side console.
Scratchbuilding on right fuselage, used Eduard PE set as reference. Used styrene sheet of various thicknesses, styrene rod, stretched sprue and lead wire.
Scratchbuilt instrument backs and rudder pedals.
Wings and Engines assembled, took a lot of time as there was a lot of sanding and waiting for glue to set properly. End result looks very nice.
Back to work, engine exhaust installed and air intakes drilled and opened up.
Painted up cockpit.
Left side.
Right side.
Here she is completed.

She's done now, in the last week i basically became a basement dweller and only worked on this model, so i kinda forgot to take more in-progress pictures. She is rough around some edges like most of my builds, but i still really love the result. The kit was given top me as a birthday present last year. More pictures to come soon!
