I was prepared to decal the nose when I finally noticed that the wings werent blue, they were black.......uh oh. I couldnt mask it without it ripping the pinstripe off so I had to cobble a mask out of wax paper and tape and hope for the best. Seems to have worked.

Starting this one off by painting it first and see where I can go from there. Tamiya hasnt made an LP version of their TS15 Blue yet which meant I got to use the fire extinguisher. The over spray was pretty horrific.Careful scraping and polishing has it manageable.......so far.

I wish i'd taken a before picture. The runs were pretty bad. I think I cleaned it up enough to hide everything else under the silver pinstripe decals. Fingers crossed.
