Prepared the major components for both kts. The Roden kit takes a bit more effort than the Hasegawa one.
Although the details are very nice there is a lot of flash to remove and had to cut the lowerwing in half because it didn't fit with the fuselage.
Also having my first venture with photo etch, and fortunatly there will be not much rigging to be done on the Fokker.

Made some headway, F-35 is in primer, ready for the top coat. Used for the first time MR Paint and it worked like a treat. Smooth as silk.
Also had my first adventures with photo etch. Needs a different mind set and a lot of patience. Accidentally launched a tiny etch part in orbit last week, couldn't find it back so considered it lost forever. But today, miraculously, it popped up on a place I looked several times.
