The eve of the invasion of Poland, near Chojnice, September 1939. Vehicles will include Sd. Kfz. 222, DKW NZ350, BMW R12. Various figures also. Set on a forest road. Using Scenic Factory Pine Trees and grasses, Verlinden static grass, Noch grass, and Woodland Scenics rock castings. Various MIG Pigments were used as well as ground up pastels for the road. See album for more pictures.
German troops at a halt on the eve of Fall Weiss. Soldier sitting on the DKW has a map opened up talking to another soldier (who is pointing his finger down the path of travel) about the upcoming advance into Poland. The BMW R12 is up on it's center stand, the rider is standing nearby listening to the DKW rider. There is one soldier sitting on top of the cage of the Sd.Kfz. 222 listening to the radio. Another soldier is just outside the 222 adjusting his helmet while he talks to two others next to him. (At least 7 different soldiers in the whole scene)

Keep working on it Tim, I am a very interested spectator. I love a good diorama and this looks like being better than good!
Thanks for the kind words, Peter! Luck was not on my side this weekend. Other priorities took center stage.
