Must the pairs of wheels be moved manually, or are they somehow interconnected and rotate all at once? Re. turning radius.

Each one besides the 4 middle can be moved manually. You just have to avoid installing a few parts during the suspension steps.

Nice work, and good to see that you can erect the rocket if desired. I'm on this too, but I'm adapting the steering parts so they don't need to be left out. That takes some effort though because there are some errors in them.
