Nice project.
One of the best looking helicopters I´ve seen so far.
I´m realy looking forward to what you´re making out of this kit.

Hi Ice,
pls what`s the difference between the two rotorhead types? And could you explain a little bit more your building steps. It would be great to learn more about this nice chopper from an "Nordic-Expert" who`s hard on the real thing! I have this version also on my wishlist but no realy useable informations about the Navyversion. Thx for sharing!

The TTH has manually foldable blades, the blades are mounted to a simple yoke with just two pins.
The NFH features automatic blade folding, so you have a more bulky yoke with en embedded electric motor/drive package.
As an image is worth more than a thousand words, compare these two pages

@Mathias: I'll do my best. 🙂
@Dirk: Burkhard is right. The NFH-Motorhead has much more "flesh" because of the automatic blade fold. If Revell would have made a NFH-rotorhead it would be much easier to fold the rotor because it would be more material to find a good place for the "cut". I think I'll have to rebuild it.
It would be nice if it was possible to add a small text to every picture. That would make it easier to do a WIP.
@Burkhard: Very good explanation! 🙂
