Wow, what an awful kit! I think that Mister Craft must just raid their spares box and just throw in a bunch of random parts. The canopy was wrong (no idea where it was from, but it's not a Draken!), the undercarriage was wrong, none of the ordnance was right and the decals were both as thick as anything and fragile at the same time.

The pieces that were right just didn't fit, especially the front intakes, the nose and the rear exhaust which all required a lot of sanding to even get to an approximate fit!

At the end I just wanted it to be over. I am not really a kit basher so don't really have the patience for this kind of thing! Please avoid this kit unless you want to scratch build a lot to make it accurate!!

Anyway I did my best as a good friend bought it for me for Xmas. It was mainly airbrushed with SMS paints (with some Alclad 2 metals). The cammo was painted freehand so it is 'wobbly' in places!
