I built a few full interior kits from RFM in the last few years. I was really impressed by the high precision and quality of the RFM kits. There are some positive comments for Miniart too. In future I may go and have a try.
This kit from Amusing Hobby has some issues in terms of quality (bad details in some parts) and fitting. The fitting issue is more teething as you'd not find some of them until the end when you finish painting and try to put everything together.
Obviously any full interior kits are not for beginners. If you want to build one, my advice would be going for a RFM.
