This is some very respectable result for scale 1:72. Are those PE tracks? Have they been part of the kit? Which figures are those?

Thanks Michael! I've used no extra parts to the kit. Flyhawk has an impressive amount of details including PE in the kit - the plastic too is very detailed. The tracks are part of the plastic kit.
Since I'm on a strict budget, I use resin figures from AliExpress.

Then those are exceptionally well done tracks by Flyhawk. I have an idea for a second T34-85. Looks like it's gonna be this kit. Thanks for the infos.

@Spanjaard: I'd love to take all the credit here, but Flyhawk, Vespid models and boarder models have detailed kits in 1/72 that really look aömost lile 1/35. Thanks a lot man

Album info

This is the #172 #T34 from #Flyhawk.

I really enjoyed this one! I must say I didnt expect much of this one at the begining. The T34 is not necessarily my favorit, I knew I wanted a worn out winter camouflage, with battle damage and some figures. Somewhere along the build something clicked, and I got of vision of exactly what im visioning, and for the first time, I got really close to implementing it in full.

The key to the winter camo was mapping, you can watch the KV2 by nightshift for the "how to". The idea is to to make it look like a hand applied layer for the winter camouflage, and highlight the white areas. Everything else, or the green remains with the usual methods of rust, grime, chipping and dust. In comparison to nightshift, I didnt have chipping fluid, so my chips oim f the white parts are via the spunge method.

I'm also happy about the finer detail. The vision is of a tank after a long advance nearing the end of winter. This means a pealing out wimter camo, battle marks and damage amd wet mud. All those fine detail went more or less according to plan, which if you see my earlier models, weren't ever the case. Most of it is due to taking my time, and working in very small patches.

Tell me what you think guys!
