I have done this kit before and really enjoyed it. However, it was my 2nd kit ever and the outcome was not up to my standards but now after years I am more experienced and ready to tackle this thing head-on!

I have run into a bit of a pickle. I am not used to using tamiya paints and forgot they do not act like enamels and when I masked off the windows trim the tape peeling some paint back in some areas really badly. I am out of that exact paint color so I accepted this and in classic Bob Ross fashion I changed this from a pristine drag racer to a old drag racer in a WIP restoration. I repainted over the damaged areas in flat red at around 25 PSI to give it that spray can look and also weathered the headlights nothing major.
