Don’t understand why Airfix don’t include figures when 2 of the 3 build options would require them! 

Figures painted, cockpit built and fuselage closed … things are now moving as fast as a Phantom!  

The build goes on but this kit is more like a 3D jigsaw rather than a construction kit.  

Well that was a productive afternoon of masking and spraying!  

So, day 2 on the decals and I’ve almost finished the top side. I can’t help thinking it’s looking a bit like “Lydia, The Tattooed Lady” but I’m sure it will all come good in the end!  

I seem to have made just a very small dent in the decals … there are over 250 of them!
