Thanks everyone this was a fun build. @ P Swiss: I used mr.color 328 US NAVY blue Angles. I like that it is a bit lighter compared midnight blue. That works a bit better in this scale.

Album info

I really like the look of the F9F Panther and wanted to make a in flight diorama like I did with the BF-109e and f-16.
I bit of scratch building is needed to make this kit wheels-up.
- Added a Airfix pilot form the Martlet kit.
- The landing gear covers are modified to be closed.
- Added detail to the gun sight.
- Added detail behind the cockpit.
