Thank you Holger. Though this Italeri kit was quite disappointing to build as it has a lot of issues.

Very nice Hellcat. nice weather. however, Alex Vraciu Aircraft was 19. Look for Squadron/Signal F6F Hellcat in action Book #36. His aircraft is on the cover

Hi Thomas, thanks for your comment. Vraciu flew 3 different Hellcats. This was the first one, the 99 on the Uss Intrepeid, the second (and on a dfferent carrier) was the 19 and a F6F-5 in 1945.
