In theory, a blue tinted "future -type" acrylic could restore some clarity to the clear parts. However it could also make green. Try on some extra.

Thank You for the kind comments+ Phil: Thank You for the advice, I will try that - I still had the extra canopy. If I restore this bird I think I will have to make a new canopy in the end 😛

This one is an oldie too. I built it as a testbuild for a magazine when this Azur VG33/39 was new in the market. They want the 39 that meant that I had to chop the nose off from the model and replace it with the 39's nose. Imagine those fittings on a short run/resin kit :fear: . The model is so old, that the decals begin to disintegrate on the surface and the acetate used by the Czech maker was so awfully low-grade that the canopy totally yellowed. I have some unbuilt old kit in my stash with as yellowed canopy as this 🙁 .
