Or is that the CINERAMA camera used to film the Cinerama presentations in the film Grand Prix (1966)???

John CoverleyI came across the picture when I was browsing for some pictures of Jochen Rindt. I assume it is him driving the Winkleman Brabham, so I think it might be 1967/8. As"wings" started appearing in '68 I don't know where or when the picture was taken. Going of the size and complexity I should think that Isambard Kingdom Brunel had a hand in the design and construction of it🙂 Exhausts and drive shafts courtesy of George Stephenson🙂

DRS deployed 1968 style. The beauty of that era was you never new what someone would come up with every race and nobody seemed to care! The next race somebody would do something's similar only BIGGER🙂
