You´ve got some great models! Excellent work. Can I ask, do you hand or airbrush, and what kind of paints do you use?

I do not have an airbrush as I live in a rather small flat where space is always an issue. Perhaps I have to move house. 🙂 So yes, I am old-school hand brushing.
As for the paints, I use Revell, Humbrol, Model Master, Tamiya and Xtracolor, depending on the colours required by the respective model.
For the above, the main colours used were Model Master 1711 Olive Drab and Humbrol 63 Matt Sand.

I don't think my efforts are that spectacular. But I like the results (mostly) and that's the most important thing. 😉
You don't build for other people but only for yourself and if, occasionally, you get the thumbs-up from other people then that's great and it encourages you to carry on.

Not a bad job! Suggestion maybe? Have you ever tried using a regular pencil for door definition or for other areas? it has to have a sharp tip. Keep up the good work and enjoy!

If you are anything like me, I love looking at my own work for hours on end and it is just so satisfying to do so.

And seeing this sweet little bird here, No doubt you do the same thing, as this is a really nice and clean build.

@ Timoty: Thanks for the hint. I'll try it on the Black Hawk I am working on at the mo.
@ Kerry: I absolutely agree. Even though one sees and realises all the shortcomings of the old kits, one does look at them with pleasure thinking of the time one spent building and painting them.
