Been hard work getting the rough nylon smooth on the main body almost there now, nearly time for some panel lines 🙂
.... and nice to have found a solution to the underside and it is so very tastey ! 😄 !

Sorry Steve but the cake is disappearing down a black hole !
No doubt after it's gone through the wormhole no doubt it will
reappear out of another black hole looking quite similar but,
somehow, vastly different !! haha 😄
Anyhow, this is what I am aiming for, well something close enough for me
It's not like there is any real reference to go on 🙂

Mmm... maybe a little too much information on the conversion of the chocolate cake Choppa! 🙂 The Interesting thing about the Haunebu from Hand & Head is that it is exactly the same as the other kit they released of it boxed as the famous Adamski UFO from the 50-60's (with a few different parts!) but the scale is shown different on that box!

Yeah sorry about that Glenn, I was trying to be funny, guess I know how that turned out then😉 😄
Odd scales I know, 1/72 for the Haunebu and 1/48 for the Adamski...... ??
well ok then so plenty of room for idle speculation then 😄
I'm gonna stick a 1/48 cockpit from an MD500 in there, well more or less 🙂

Sounds good! I was laughing about the choccy cake! I like toilet humor as much as any 7 year old does! 🙂 The Adamski version was released by WAVE in 1/48 scale, I got both! would have been cheaper to buy some garden lights!

Too late Matthias, you won't want this chocolate cake now, guaranteed 😄
Yeah Glenn I was tempted but the garden junk said YooFoh every time I walked past it 😄
Drilling out the windows was challenging and doing it with an electric drill was a bit frightening just coz of the zoom factor once the drill got a bite of the plastic, very difficult to control so the larger windows were done by hand ....... tediously long to do hence only 3 of the 9 windows are larger, also I was concerned about weakening it and breaking it.
But it is going to get some kind of a cockpit and a few internal LED's seeing as it already has a battery compartment, and I have worked out a way to make the bottom removable for battery access 🙂

Album info
Garden Night Light UFO, old garden light fill with snails and insects and webby squishy things, quite disgusting really but after a good ol' clean up I have everything needed for a decent little UFO 😄
Plasticine was extra though 😉
