Thx mates ! @Bart, yes a little bit odd, but this was a personal aircraft of some kind of a Squadron Leader, perhaps that's why they deleted the side Hinomaru's in favor of the blue/white/blue fuselage band just aft of the cockpit ?

Sounds odd that a Japanese would exchange his national sign for a squad emblem, but it's something to look for
