Looks good Nikolaos. Did you brush paint the metal finish as well? If so, you are good with a brush.

This is painted with brush, but with "anorthodox" color and way. The color I used, is a silver paint which in Greece we painted the old wood heaters. It' s very thin and gives good result. It does not leave lines from the brush and dry very good but slow. Then i used electric hairing dry. Thats all..The purpose justifies the means.!!!

It's worth the effort Nikolaos, the finish is so good I would automatically assume it was airbrushed.

And me I don't believe the result. Afriend said to me for the color because the silver color is difficult color > I don't know the results with acrylic silver. I have no tried

Natural looking silver is difficult to do, which is why I was so surprised that it wasn't airbrushed.

I have no airbrush . The only time I used silver spray was when I decided to paint a sukhoi 15 . I made a big shit. The colour was too match. It looks like seawaves. I put the model in gasoline to remove the color, it begun to waste away the plastic, I cried my porca fortuna. The model destroyed. I decided to make a destroyed UKranian su-15 diorama . I wiil share fotofrom the diorama .It is finishing. I want to make only the wooden base to hide the polyurethane. Then I bought new su-15 and I decided NO SPRAY AGAIN returning to the old good time with my brushhes and patents for difficults colors.
