Well an extraordinary and very British aeroplane. Still place in the front row to take a seat. The start looks very promising 👍

The cockpits are now ready to be closed up in the fuselage halfs.......
Which shows, by the way, quite impressive length!

Also das ist ja wieder einmal eine ganz besonders ausgefallene Kiste, die jegliche Eleganz vermissen lässt. Aber das macht das Modell umso interessanter. Bin natürlich dabei und wünsche dir viel Spaß!

Thank you very much mates for this interest and your comments.
I am happy you will follow this- I am eager to get these ugly beauties build properly!

You see the fuselages and wings assembled, without any filling and sanding. The fit is quite fair, just testing the joining of wings and fuselage reveals some major inaccuracy.
More important, the clear parts are matching the plastic parts perfectly!

Some more pictures of the building-progress. The "nightfighter" Version of the Harrow got the smooth bow; no guns will be fitted.

Interior looks great, Roland. Not sure I would decribe the Harrow as 'sleek', but it does look like an interesting build.

One of the airplane types I didn't know. Good reason to look for the history of it.
I saw that this type was used for trowing of the Long Aerial Mines.
Good luck with painting the plane!

Thank you Wim!
The first Harrow to be finished seems to be the sharked mouthed version.
I am quite proud I got the fiddly attachment of the wheel struts proper done. What a challenge! All four parts are movable in all directions in all directions. 🙂 By now I am astonished, how sturdy it got.

The double rigging between wing and fuselage was done with "aerodynamic" rigs from R6B Productions, made from etched metal.

These bombers look very interesting....they just look right to my eyes, very pleasing lines, you are building two very nice models!

Hey, thank you all guys for your kind comments! The shark-mouthed Harrow is nearly finsihed by now, only the props await their final treatment.

Thank you mate!
Finished at last! In summary that is a very nice kit with little issues. Have fun looking at the pictures of the first Harrow 🙂

Excellent. I've often wondered about the quality of this manufacturer and your model shows what can be achieved.

very nice one... that main landing gear seems very flimsy with regards to the aircraft...

Wow, toll gebaut ( Wie immer 😉 ) Ich liebe diese "Nischen"modelle. Spitfires Mustangs etc. gibt es ja scho zuhauf.

Danke Markus! Nein, das ist alles eine Zitterpartie aus Plastik- aus weichem, SH typischem Plastin noch dazu! Aber es funkgioniert und resultiert in einer erstaunlich festen Verbindung.
