I thing my Fengda BD 186 makes me crazy. I cant spray camo colours. It is time for profi tool. I red many articles about airbrus guns. What about Infinity with 0,2 mm nozzle ? Many modelers say - it is the best airbrush gun.

I have just bought the H&S Infinity airbrush, and absolutely love it. I used Iwata Eclipse previously, still very good hairbrush, but Infinity is better in my opinion, With cheaper parts. I highly recommend watching Paul Budzik's airbrushing videos, as they really helped me transition to "high volume, low pressure" airbrushing. Good luck 👍. paulbudzik.com/tools-techniques/index.html

infiinity is quite good, specially if you get multiple nozzle/needle combinations. 0.20 is good for fine details, but I tend to use the 0.4 most of the time (it does clog a lot less than 0.20). you have even 0.6, but do not have that one. compared with my previous one is like night and day. true the old one was a cheap taiwan airbrush
be carefully with the needles when changing needles.... tip damaged can ruin the nozzle and then you have to change both (been there, done that). that is also a reason to use more the 0.40, it is tougher😉

I have an infinity and like it. But I'm no master of the airbrush yet.

Hi Palo,
i sometimes use a Fengda too. When i have problems, mostly clogging, it is because i didnt prepared the paint properly (too less thinner). That happens often with old Vallejo Model Air´s. If thats the same with you, you can have the best gun available but the problem is still the same...

Thx for comments Alec & Holger. I use Tamiya and mr. Color acrylic base paints. The problem with Fengda is - i cant spray thin lines. With camo shades are everything OK 🙂

What kinda needle do you have?0,20? For nice clean lines you need to spray just some millimeter from the surface of your model. If possible in 90°. 👍

Hallo Holger, thx for tips. My Fengda has 0,20 mm nozzle. I have tried everything, but the result was not good 🙁 i will try it this week again 🙂

0.20? try thinning more the paint. and experiment with very thin layers of paint, rather than thicker ones. the dots in picture 13 seem to suggest that the paint was too thick

Markus Kutsch gave some really good advise in Undergoing Maintenance | Album by Pensfan (1:35), i paste his suggestion here. flow improver may be what you need.
I use the Lifecolor Dust and Rust set(thats pretty great). The use of Vallejo colors(i think like all "true"acryl colors)is a little different.I get the best use by 20 drops paint to 6 drops Thinner and 3 drops flow enhancer(vallejo air color).I also spray the Model air but with up to 10 drops Thinner and 5 to 6 drops flow enhancer. The secret to success is the flow enhancer, because the colors dry fast on the nozzle.Clean the nozzle often with a cotton swap(dipped in window cleaner.

I use the flow improver too. Gives me good results. And have always enough kitchen tissue or Cotton swap Handy. One other Suggestion - remove the safty cap that prevents your needle from damage. You can clean better whilst spraying and it stopps clogging over your model.
Insane... Some years ago i was you! And the dudes here helped me to improve my airbrush skills. Hang in there- you can make it!😄
