Thanks. Funny thing was that I put base part to the brakes on backwards which matched the picture in the instructions. I thought that camber seemed a bit extreme.

The 19 Jan '18 episode of The Grand Tour had an interesting and funny little history about the 1983 rivalry between Lancia and Audi and got my juices flowing for this project again. Thanks, Jezza.

Never trust instructions! Test fit always works. I've been bitten enough from poor instructions! Glad to hear your back in the saddle!

All done! Finished off with Studio 27s photo etch set. There's a PE V and X on the grille, the grilles ( 5 or 6), PE wiper blades and mirror supports. It had 2 braces on the front blinkers but one came off and into oblivion....along with one of the PE mud flaps ( the ONE thing I bought the whole set for and wound up having to cut out my own anyway). But the PE stencil came out a lot better than i'd hoped. Now if I could just get up enough courage to work on the 1 12 scale 037.....

Thanks. Pretty fun kit, the decals could be a little redder, but I liked it.
