Captain America
Unlike tank models, this one has barely any sprue. The box is simply packed to the brim with parts.
You get two faces, a normal one and a constipated one.
After quite a bit of sanding and filling, the figure stands quite tall. Next to it is a 1:16 scale figure.
The base is absolutely enormous as well.
Priming time. Unfortunately my primer refused to cooperate, so it took a few attempts to get the preshading right.
Getting started on the face.
Really coming together now, just the finishing touches left. The biggest question is what to do about that puddle.

Trying to imitate water with some Golden MSA varnish.

EnsignExpendablThanks! The simplicity is deceptive already, it took me a few good sanding sessions to get rid of the seams. Hopefully it's smooth sailing from here.
