Thank you and yes it is. My first kit since the late 60s. I did it as I had made the same kit, albeit the version with the snake along the fuselage, when I was about 11. So I decided to do this to get back into modelling. That said, it has numerous issues but I guess that is to be expected from such an old kit. I used it to try and learn new skills such as filling and sanding, airbrushing, using etch brass, weathering etc. For a first attempt in 50 years I am quite pleased although I see lots of faults which I hope I wouldn't repeat on my next kit, a Revell Spit IIa.
