@James, both colors were from AK's late/'45 german army paint set.
yellow in the set was more like a modern day us army desert color, you know that almost whitish grayish pale yellow. the result here is after a ton of oil paint weathering with van gogh transparent yellow oxide + winton lamp black + barely a touch of pebeo ivory. so far there is nothing else on the model except mixes of these 3 colors in various amounts and consistencies.
